Subscriptions for 2012
Prices in US and Australian dollars have been calculated on the basis of exchange rate information available early in 2011, but will be held fixed during 2012 irrespective of subsequent fluctuations. We only sell subscriptions per volume, not single issues.
Our prices include surface mail postage. Additional costs for Airmail postage are advised with the subscriptions prices for each journal.
An invoice will only be sent if requested.
