Claims, Cancellations and Refunds
Claims
We will only replace an issue if:
- 3 months have elapsed since the date of dispatch (as delivery via surface mail can sometimes take this long) - or
- a subsequent issue has been received prior to your claim.
We cannot accept claims for items published more than two years ago.
Cancellations/Refunds
If a subscription is cancelled, we will only make a refund of subscription if the first issue of the volume ordered has not been dispatched.
